At Forever Wildlife™, sustainability is a topic we care about sincerely as part of our ongoing efforts to protect our planet. Overproduction waste can pollute oceans and soil, potentially causing deaths and extinction of hundreds of species. As a global effort, we only produce / print orders that we get an order for. We only print on demand to avoid textile waste from overproduction. 

All transactions on our site are conducted in US Dollars (USD) currency only. Prices you may see on the page are automatically being converted from USD to your local currency for your convenience at the time of browsing only. At checkout you will notice our primary currency which is USD. Your final payment will be in USD.

Yes, we do! We offer 30 days money back guarantee! If for any reason the product you have received is the wrong product, not as described, damaged or defective you'll be refunded no questions asked. If you choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund that is fine too.

We work with multiple printers worldwide. Sometimes, when ordering few items in the same order, you will be receiving few packages from our various printers. Each printer specializes in printing different products. Another possible reason is packaging. Some items require specific tailored packages to protect the item. Therefore, we use multiple packages. Do not worry! Rest assured that you will be receiving all of your items by the specified shipping time frames as described, guaranteed.

Once we receive your order and commence production you cannot cancel the order. We print on-demand and only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Requesting to cancel or a different item instead would mean producing an entirely new product or losing a printed product. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Simply sit tight and wait for your package to arrive. We ship to hundreds of customers from around the world on a daily basis. Please be patient, once item has been received, it will be well worth it.

Please make sure you read carefully the shipping info in the product's page. For international orders, we recommend ordering a few weeks prior to any major holiday. Holidays are known to be extremely busy with all major carriers globally so why take the chance if you have all the time in the world to do so earlier and receive your products on time. Domestic shipping (US & Canada) please add an additional 3-7 business days to the actual shipping times during holiday seasons just to be safe. It all depends on the product and the destination of your choice.

No, you can't combine multiple discount offers at once. Each offer has its own terms, please make sure you read the terms of the offer. You may be able to use different discounts at different checkout times. We recommend using the highest discount that you currently posses, so you can really take advantage of greater savings. Keep the rest of the discounts to a later date.

Shipping & Handling

Currently we ship to over 120 countries. All major destination. Feel free to shop, your package will be delivered. If for any reason you are trying to place an order and getting a message that we currently don't ship to your country, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to include your destination.

The exact Shipping times are specified on the actual product's page in the Shipping Info tab. Our fulfillment time average is 2–7 business days depending on the product. In general to be safe, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery in the United States & 10-20 business days days for delivery to the rest of the world, depending on your destination. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be receiving an email with your tracking number, so you can see exactly where your item is located at any given time. Once you received your tracking number you can check the status of your shipment on our website in TRACK MY ORDER section.

Yes, you do. All of our orders have tracking numbers so you can track your packages.

Each product has its own shipping rate depending on its final destination and its weight. The exact shipping rate will be displayed at Checkout, once the complete shipping address has been entered in the system. You'll notice we have promotions indicating "Free Shipping on specific products" or "Free Shipping for orders over a certain amount". In this case you have nothing to worry about because shipping is FREE or if your order has reached the specified amount to qualify for free shipping.

We are very sorry to hear that! Please understand that customs is something beyond our control and it is not collected or imposed by our company. We are sure you can understand that. Taxes are being imposed by the government, since they control the borders and customs. Sometimes customs may check and impose fees on certain imported goods. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but there is nothing we can do about this.

Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 4 week return policy. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective/misplaced items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. If a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and we’ll gladly provide a free replacement. We got you covered!
Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

We print on-demand and only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Requesting a return due to a change of mind or a different item instead would mean producing an entirely new product or losing a printed product. We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please verify your shipping address carefully prior to submitting your purchase to avoid delays, shipping mistakes or potential returns. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds. We print on-demand and only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. If you choose to exchange for a new size you would need to place a new order at your expense in another size. Make sure you read the size charts available on all product pages before placing your order. They are accurate and very helpful. If for any reason you are unsure about your size or can't locate the size charts on the product page, please contact us with any questions you may have. We are here to help you 24/7.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, unless one of our team members directed you otherwise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your financial institution. Usually it takes 2 - 5 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is being posted to your account.
