Our goal at Forever Wildlife™ is to offer you the best support & shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, while ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Please read this section carefully as some information have been adjusted due to Covid-19.
1. SHIPPING TIMES
We do our best to fulfill your orders in the fastest possible time and in most cases we ship it sooner. All items are made to order, we only produce/print orders on demand. Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. All international orders are being fulfilled in the same time frame as our domestic orders.
Due to Covid-19 shipping times have been adjusted. In general to be safe, please allow 4-10 business days for delivery in the United States & 10-26 business days days for delivery to the rest of the world, depending on your destination. In most cases packages arrive sooner.

- Canada: 4-7 business days
- Mexico: 6-12 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 8-13 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
- Europe: 4-13 business days
- EFTA: (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) 8-14 business days
- Japan: 8-10 business days
- Brazil: 11-26 business days
- Worldwide: 6-18 business days
Once your package has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain a tracking information. Please note: Each product has its own shipping times. It is important to read the shipping information section on the actual product page that you wish to buy for more accurate information.
Shipping during the holiday season can take an additional 5-7 business days! We recommend planning in advance and order ahead of time if you would like to receive your products in time for special events or holidays. Our products are Not being sold in stores therefore, planning ahead is the safest option. We have no control over carriers' shipping volumes.
Note: Free giveaways "Freebies" sometimes may take few additional days for delivery! Once you receive a shipping confirmation, please be patient to receive your gift, it is on its way!

2. FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING PROCESS
Once we receive your order and commence the shipping process (product being shipped), you cannot cancel the order. Simply sit tight and wait for your package to arrive, it is in transit. Please be patient, sometimes items arrive much sooner than expected. Once the item you love has been received, it will be well worth it.
You can always track your order to verify its exact shipping status while waiting. If you need to change your original address or modify the existing shipping address, please email us immediately to email@example.com and we'll do our best to make the required changes but it is not guaranteed.
We cannot be liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as shipping company and postal strikes or inclement weather and natural disasters, etc. It is completely out of our hands. We are not liable for lost packages due to wrong shipping address mistakes made by the customers. Please it is important to make sure that you double-check your shipping information prior to placing an order.
If your packages do get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we've got your back! We'll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense. If you purchased multiple items, you may receive more than just one delivery, and deliveries may arrive on different days but all within the specified time frame.
Rest assured that you will receive your package in time. Remember; not only that you are saving on shipping costs but you are also 100% guaranteed to receive your item in its best condition. 3. TAXES & DUTIES
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. Any and all applicable taxes, customs fees or duties as governed by the laws of the country involved are the sole responsibility of the customer and shall be paid for by the customer.
Please Note: We have no control over duty & fees imposed by the government. It is completely out of our hands and there is nothing we can do about it.
4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are constantly expanding our network of shipping destinations. Currently we ship our products to over 100 countries around the world. In general, we ship to most destinations worldwide which are covered by top shipping carriers.
All international orders receive a confirmation email with tracking information and will be delivered through the local carriers. Please be sure to insert your complete and accurate shipping address at checkout in order to avoid shipping delays and any potential carrier returns.
If you're trying to place an order and receive a system notification error "we currently don't ship to your destination" please send us a direct email without delay to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll do our best to examine the option of adding your destination to our system. Alternatively, you can purchase our products and have your items shipped to a friend or family member and then have it shipped directly to your home country in the event we are not covering your shipping destination.
